Runge Kutta 4th order in RL circuit

hi everyone. I have a question about Runge Kutta 4th order method .I have a RL circuit and values R=10;L=0.1;e=10;t0=0;i0=0;h=0.001; and I solved the equation and I found this function f=(100-(100*i)).But in matlab I made some mistakes and I m exhausted.How can i use Runge Kutta 4th order method in this function pls can you help me?

If you are exhausted, please post your MATLAB code. Someone may possibly spot the mistake and advise you on the necessary corrections.
