why I am getting function error

this is my code. I am getting error for feeldof. it says it's not recognized.
index=feeldof(nd,nnel,ndof);

That function appears to be part of the File Exchange contribution https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/12401-optimize-truss-by-fsd-and-slp
