Hi 孙畅 孙,
由于我的母语不是中文，所以我将用英语回答这个问题。
The Anitvirus software, VPN, Proxy settings, Firewall or incorrect Date and Time is preventing the MathWorks Installer and/or Activation Client from connecting to the MathWorks servers.
