Hi Cheng,

It depends: do you intend to run your Simulink model on an external target machine, or on your development PC? If your model should run on an external Simulink Real-Time target machine, then you will need to use the UDP blocks from the Simulink Real-Time library. If you'd like to run it on your development PC, then the UDP blocks from the Instrument Control Toolbox can be used instead.
