I am assuming that you are refering the following example:
A possible reason can be missing toolboxes and support packages which are required for simulating this example successfully.
As per the above documentation following things are required to simulate this example successfully:
- Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox.
- DSP System Toolbox
- Signal Processing Toolbox
- Simulink Support Package for Android devices.
- Simulink Support Package for Apple iOS devices.
Once you install all these, then you should be able to simulate the example without any errors.
