Simulink Data Inspector - Simulation not loading

Hello,
I am unable to load a 'new run' into the Simulink Data Inspector. The simulink model in question is called from within a MATLAB code and cannot run as a standalone model.
Cannot spot anything obvious on the settings within the Simulink Data Inspector.
I have tried the solutions presented in the bug reports regarding the large dmr file size (https://uk.mathworks.com/support/bugreports/details/2507175#) and also the Simulink.sdi.clear command with no luck.
Appreciate any advice.

Could you share a little more about the code you're using? You might find these pages helpful: Inspect and Compare Data Programmatically or the Simulink.sdi.markSignalForStreaming function.
