We cannot give you MATLAB. You should contact your other students and ask how they got it. Or else contact your professor.

Almost all of the people who respond here are volunteers, and the people who do happen to be Mathworks staff are participating here as volunteers.
As volunteers, it would violate our license agreements with Mathworks if were were to provide you with access to MATLAB.
Also: my understanding (perhaps incorrect) is that Russia is under sanctions from the USA, so my belief is that Mathworks is not currently able to supply any licenses to Russia.
