I need to know how regionprops function found the order object in image??

This on the ordering of bwlabel() and what you can do about it: Steve's Blog

Do you mean how did it find the labeled image or the connected components variable that is the first argument of regionprops()? If so, it finds it because you passed it in as the first argument of regionprops(). Or do you mean how did it assign labels when you called bwlabel() or bwconncomp()? If so, that's from upper left to lower right going down columns.
