I need to install a new tool box on R2022a Matlab academic license. When I try to open the get Add on or add on manger, a new window opens but I cannot use it. It doesnot open properly.

Hi Maryam,

Please try out the potential resolutions mentioned below:

Close all existing instances of MATLAB. Restart the application and try accessing the add-on manager.
This error may have also occurred due to some undesirable modification in the MATLAB preferences. To fix this issue, you can regenerate the MATLAB preferences.
