bar graph help needed

I am trying to make both bar graphs show up on the same subplot...

Mean08 needs to be red bar graph

    subplot(2,2,[1 3]);
    bar(Mean0);bar(Mean08, 'r');

I did that wrong but, I want someone to rewrite the second line
