Loop Matrix elements on a script?

Hi.

Let's say I have a function who's inputs are from an array (1 to k) of external data. The output to the function is an kxk matrix being iterated in 2 for loop's for i,j to k. So now we have a kxk (say A) matrix who's elements consist of the output of some function.

Question: How can I use EACH element in the matrix to iterate a script file for all i,j? The output should be a kxk matrix. The script file begins using the elements of matrix A.
