I understand that you are encountering issues with loading PSAT in MATLAB. It is likely that these issues are occurring because the path to the PSAT files has not been added to MATLAB. To resolve this, you need to add the PSAT file path to MATLAB.

To add the PSAT files to your MATLAB path, please follow the steps outlined below:

Right-click on the folder where your PSAT files are located.
Select "Add to Path" from the context menu.
Choose "Selected Folder and Subfolders" to add the entire folder hierarchy to the MATLAB path.
