How to smoothen the disturbed curve?

Adding a lowpass filter should filter the high-frequency input signal
with normalized passband frequency. For more info, please check the documentation on lowpass():

If you want, you can fit the data to an exponential decay, if you think the underlying physics might follow that model. Demo attached.
