is there a way/tool to perform online learning of a neural netowrk on simulink, other than writing a matlab script of weight adjustments, till now I havent found anyway to perform online learning on Simulink other than writing a code, I'll appreciate any help thank you.

Yes, Simulink does provide a way to perform online learning of a neural network without explicitly writing a MATLAB script for weight adjustments.
