Problems in installing Windows SDK 7.1

Hi everyone,
working with 'mex' I was asked by Matlab to install a compiler. I am trying to install Windows SDK 7.1 but without any success. I am using Windows 7 enterprise 64bit.
The installation fails because: "The signature of the file WinSDK_amd64.msi could not be obtained. Possible unsigned file."
I already tried the following:
- uninstalled Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 redistributable from control panel.

- uninstalled .NET 4.5 from control panel.

No one of the previous attempts worked. I really need you help.
