Hi Merve,
I understand that you wish to deploy programs as sharable stand-alone executibles.
You can use the MATLAB Compiler which will let you deploy your program as a stand-alone executable that can be shared with anyone. For more information you can refer to Mathworks Documentation link for Compiler.
