How to write code for Recursive Least square for parameter estimation?

Hello,
I have written parameter estimation using recursive least square with forgetting factor code. But the output seems to be disturbing.
I am facing problem with many things including the vectorization and all as well. Can anyone provide or correct the code based on my application?
The algorithm is stated as:-
