As per my understanding, your webapp server stopped working after you updated your windows.
It may happen due to the upgradation of the windows, you might need to reinstall and restart the webapp server. You can refer to the below documentation to know more about the same:
If you are facing some particular error while using the webapp server, it would be better to comment the same here.
