How can I use the Approximate MIGO step response formula in a MATLAB script?

I found my perfect control parameters by using the design method "PID Tuning" and the tuning method "Classical design formulas" with the formula for "Approximate MIGO step Response" in SISO Tool. I want to use these compensator parameters in my matlab script. How is it possible to use the formula of "Approximate MIGO step Response" within my matlab script for automated generating of compensator parameters? Is there any function like the "pidtune" function, which allows me to use the "Approximate MIGO step response" algorithm of the SISO Tool optimization in my own matlab script?

Unfortunately, we do not provide command line equivalent of this functionality at the moment. I captured your suggestion as an enhancement request.
I am not sure if this is helpful at all, but here you can find the information about references for the tuning algorithm you are asking about.
