How to delay a signal arbitrarily without using a Delay block　in Simulink

Is there a way to delay the signal arbitrarily without using a Delay block?
I'd like to know if there's a more straightforward way than arranging multiple unit delays blocks.

Open Simulink Library Browser
search on the term: Delay
You will see many blocks that provide different delay capabilities.
I suspect one of these blocks will meet your requirements.
