Missing Library in Simscape

Hello, I am new to using MATLAB/SimuLink and recently downloaded the Simscape library. However it seems to be missing some sublibraries. For example, I cannot find or access the Electronics sublibrary of simscape, which houses components like the thermistor. I have tried looking up how to update simscape or downloaded the thermistor but nothing is helping.

TLDR: My simscape library is missing sublibraries that other people seem to have.
Please help!

You are looking in Simscape Electronics, but you should instead be looking in Simscape Electrical for that block.
