Axis rotation problem on the figure window

I plot a stickman using "plot3d" command and then view from xz,xy,yz planes by using "view" command.
The problem is that I can't rotate the stickman to be Z axis on horizontal direction and Y axis to be in vertical direction.
I used "view(Az,El)" command for various arguments and "Rotate 3D" option on figure window but it is not solved.
I need to do operation which I show on the figure on the attachment.
Any help is appreciated.
