problem with print and saveas

Hi, I upgraded my maltab to 2014b and now I am unable to save figures (with print or saveas, e.g. print(gcf,'-djpeg',imname)). The output figure is just a black colored background. The same script with print command used to save figure perfectly up until I upgraded to 2014b version. Could someone please help me out with this issue?
