[SIMULINK] Access to the Trim program in the DeHavilland Beaver aircraft model

3 次查看(过去 30 天)
Hi All,
I need to access the trim program ACTRIM.m in the DeHavilland Beaver model as mentioned in the original thesis by the model creator.
I am trying to understand and adapt this model. I have switched off environment (wind and gravity) and body moments (actuator deflections, wing coefficients, etc). I have increased the number of engines to 4 and trying to maneuver using thrust differential. The engines are equidistant from the CoG and are like those on a Quadrocopter.
I am having trouble with my yaw. The yaw causes roll which is unexplainable as there aren't any external force effects. I have come to think, after reading the original manual off dutchroll.com, that this is due to the coordinated turn condition defined by the trim program actrim.m.
Many thanks in advance for any help regarding this matter. Please don't hesitate to contact me for further information on understanding the problem.
kind regards,
