I AM TRYING TO RUN THE PROGRAM FROM LARRYS TOOLBOX AS SHOWN IN THIS VIDEO (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iWzG8Uqu_dY) BUT ITS GIVING THE ERROR I AM ATTACHING THE ERROR SCREEN SHOT.

Your screenshot does not show the full error. It doesn't look like there's anything wrong with line 19, unless you are missing the truss3 function. Ask Larry for it.

Change VIEW to view (make it lowercase) it will work
