How can we understand the "the dimensions of output port" in the sentence?

I want to ask that what does this erro mean and how can we solve it? Please see the attached picture (the name of s-function is obscured).

In the S-function code, you need to define the dimensions (or size) of the outport 2. You must have defined the size of outport 1. Look for that line and add a similar line.
