When apply the following command

msgs = rosmsg("list");

mavrosMsgs = msgs(startsWith(msgs,"mavros_msgs"))

I dont get any of mavros_msgs/ only mavros/

Hi,

I think that you need to add mavros_msgs package with the custom message plugin.
