i cant launch the simulink onramp.
i can open the simulink in home and its opening and after i clicking learn simulink
new tab opening and

when i click course access option - button nothing opening/launching/ no respones

Had the same problem. What worked for me was I entered this into the command window:
learning.simulink.launchOnramp("simulink")
