how to include e1 dot in legend and how reduse the values in y axis?

legend({'$\dot{e_1}$'}, 'interpreter', 'latex')
To reduce the values on the y axes, you could use ytickformat . However, you have such a small range of values that they would likely all come out the same. You could consider setting yticks() to only have perhaps 3 ticks (but they will all be pretty similar)

According to your first plot, your range of y values is from about 0.1 minus 1e-14 to about 0.1 plus 1e-14. What tick marks were you hoping for?
