svm classification in MATLAB

Hello,
I want to classify the recommendations in a e-commerce using SVM or neural networks with matlab, however, I have no idea how to start especially since I am a beginner in matlab Help, please

Hi Celine,
To train an SVM, you can use the fitcecoc function in the Statistics Toolbox.
