breaking of body with even a lower load in Flexible body simulation using Reduced order flexible solid

I am facing the error in modelling a leaf spring in Simscape Multibody using reduced order flexible solid. I imported a CAD model of the leaf and followed the steps provided in "Flexible dipper arm example" and "reduced order Model creation". I gave properties to the leaf of that of steel.
E = 2.00016909e11; % Young's modulus in Pa
nu = 0.3; % Poisson's ratio (nondimensional)
rho = 7861.0929; % Mass density in kg/m^3
In the simulation the part is breaking for enev small sinsoidal force input with max amplitude of 2000 N applied at centre vertically downards (-Y Direction). I attached a video of the error. Please help me out. The complete leaf spring is modelled as a single body only. Please help me if there any other way to incorporate flexible leaf spring into my assembly in simscape multibody.
[for running the code first run the Reduced order model generation code, which loads required variables in MATLAB worspace. Then run the simscape file.)

Hi SushmanthSai
Thank you for sharing the Simulink model with all the required data to run it; I could reproduce the deformed shape you shared in the attached video. In the meantime, I want to confirm that the separation(breaking)issue shown in the deformed body visualization is only a visualization limitation, not an error in modeling the Reduced Order Flexible Solid(ROFS) block. The visualization of the ROFS splits the body into rigid partitions attached to the frames; for more information, see the "Graphic" section on the ROFS block documentation page. Adding more frames for this model can improve its deformed shape visualization.
I hope my answer clarifies the issue you have.
Thank you!
Ahmed
