Defining Response with Mouse Click

Hi, I am very new at MatLab and I have a question about defining correct responses. How can I assign left mouse click for non-target stimuli and right click for target stimuli. In addition, I need to arrange 33% of the trials as target and 99% of the trials as non-target in a 30 stimuli set. Stimuli are random consonants.
