Best MacBook pro 2021 specification for MATLAB so far?

Hi all,
I'm planning to get MPB M1 2021 but im still confused if should i go for 16g Ram or 32g Ram as when i read the reviews they seems almost have same performance? so can anyone gives the benchmark for those on the native version?
