I've 30 (1*30) matrix and would to combine them in one matrix (30*30)
Is there a command or should I use for loop?

Or the author is a frequent MATLAB Answers reader and collected the matrices in a cell already. Then: cat(1, M{:}).

Ah yes, I did somehow misread the original matrix as if it was 30x1. Andrei's version is correct.
