How to implement classification using ANN classifier for plant disease detection

I Am student of Computer science..I am doing my project on Plant disease detection in which i m extracted the texture features for plant image..But i dont know how to perform classification..can i use database(sql,mysql or oracle) for storing training features and then compare the test feature with training feature...I am confused please give me suggestion
