Unable to setup radio hardware 'ADR9364-Z7020' WITH matlab 'Communications Toolbox Support Package for Xilinx Zynq-Based Radio'

I followed the guided radio hardware setup of 'Communications Toolbox Support Package for Xilinx Zynq-Based Radio' with ADRV9364-Z7020 but wasn't able to get the blue led indicting CFG Done.
the below fig shows the network connections:
if tried further, this is the error as shown below:

Hello AKASH JOSHI,
Unfortunatelly the ADRV9364-Z7020 is not supported by Communications Toolbox Support Package for Xilinx Zynq-Based Radio.
Please see the supported hardware here.
