How do I remove the Nan so nothing is visible and how can I name the numbers?

Hi, I need to edit the name of the heat map boxes. Also, what should I do to eliminate the boxes where Nan comes out. Attached photo for reference. Finally, how can I put names to the numbers that appear in the graph?

Not sure how they handle NaNs though - you'd just have to try it and see.
