Trigger video in Simulink

I have a video input in Simulink (using 'From Video Device' block). I want to extract the frames of the video, perform some image processing (with a user defined function) and display the output video (with Video Viewer).
In order to get the frames, I have used a triggered subsystem and a pulse generator. I set the trigger to 'either' type and the pulse generator to a period of 0.01 seconds.
It works, but the output video is not smooth, the frames are jumping. I have tried changing the period, but I don't know how to achieve a smooth output.
