While MATLAB Coder doesn't currently offer conversion to JavaScript directly, see the following File Exchange submission which generates WebAssembly using MATLAB Coder:

Is there a limit on the type of functions that can be handled in JS?

All of the normal MATLAB Coder limitations exist:
https://www.mathworks.com/help/coder/getting-started-with-matlab-coder.html
and there may be others in the C/C++ -> JS conversion process - I suggest asking on the File Exchange post's "Discussions" section.
