How to transfer arithmetic operations to initialization?

Hello! How in Simulink Code to transfer arithmetic operations to initialization? For example, I want to transfer sqrt(Param) from step function to initialization, where Param - input parameter of mask (constant). I know about configure of model "inline parameters", but I want to save Param such variable in code.
