Lan - please clarify your question. Do you wish to allow the user to input data into the above arrays, or do you just want to create the arrays as above? If the latter, then why not try
timeu = [0 1.5 2.6 3.5 4.5 5.5 6.7 7.4 8.6 9.4 10];
Yuu = [2 4 6 5 0 4 6 4 5 2 7];
and then do something similar for Yvv.
