Error Using Ctrl + R after installing screen recording program

Dear everyone,

I have problem using CTRL + R to comment. After I installed screen recording program, my CTRL + R is not working on matlab.

Even after I deleted above program, it is not working.(For now I deleted that program)

Is there anyone who knows how to enable CTRL+R to comment?

Thanks for your answer. However on my shortcut setting, comment is still Ctrl + R. I cannot find any reason why Ctrl + R is not working even after I deleted screen capture program.

I wonder if some other application (or the screen capture program if not uninstalled properly) is intercepting the Ctrl+R combination before it reaches MATLAB. In case you've uninstalled the screen capture program and the issue still persists, a workaround could be to change the shortcut combination itself.
