These are the few things you can try to resolve the issue:
- If the directory exists, ensure that there are no spaces in the path.
- If spaces exist in the path, modify the path to be able to successfully complete the build process
- This problem can be resolved by performing a clean re-installation of the Support Package, as described here:https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/318635-how-do-i-perform-a-clean-re-installation-of-a-support-package
- Maker sure that the respective folder for previous support package is deleted
