How to plot them

you can use the plot3 function to plot a 3D line, see below for a demonstration.
L1 = 26;
R1 = [16 ;17 ; 19 ;25 ;26 ; 27 ; 30 ; 31 ; 32];
L1 = repmat(L1,numel(R1),1);
