Error when compiling web app "Error opening compiler: Cannot compile 'C:\.......File.prj'. Unknown compile error."

I have a fully functioning web app in 2020b, but when i try to update it to 2022a version and add only a single item (Hyperlink, which is why i am updating) the web app will no longer compile.

The app functions perfectly when run in the app designer, it has no errors or warnings in the Code. It has no problem compiling the app to standalone desktop app or MATLAB application.

When i try to compile it as a web app though, it returns this on-screen error message:

Error opening compiler:

Cannot compile 'C:\.......File.prj'. Unknown compiler error.

Also the 'Packing Progress' window opens, but remains blank.

I have no problem compiling other webapps where i have done the same modification, adding a hyperlink. Only this one makes trouble.

Any ideas?
