How is trained neural network type newff?

Dear all,
I have this two vectors:
P = [velky_tvar{1,:}];(input vector) T = [velky_tvar{2,:}];(target vector)
I want to train neural network type newff and I don´t know how to do it.
Please advise me.

fitnet for regression
