Hello Nathan,
I understand that when you are adding an icon image to the Simulink block and removing it, the block content preview is disabled.
In order to resolve this issue, you can try the workaround provided below:
- Click Mask >> Add Mask Icon in the context menu to add an image to the Simulink block. A pop-up window will be generated as shown below.
- Set the Icon Transparency to “Transparent” and select the image you want to add using the Browse option. Click on “OK”.
- Once this is achieved, try to clear the image using Clear option. You can see that the original content of the block is restored.
