I have downloaded a google trends data based on diseases. I have plotted the scatter plot of this dataset which I have attached.

And after taking a mean for 1D and replotting again: I get this kind of plot!

Now I don't know how to do EMD analysis? Can someone help me!

I'm so sorry that's a typo; I wanted to write EMD analysis to plot IMFs.
