create matlab neural network

Hello everyone, i'm new with matlab,
I hope to become able using neural network; i'have a list of components,for each one there are several input (partial cost, factor1, factor2, etc...), and one output (full cost). I want to create a neural network in order to train its and find out the weight of theese factors, then i hope i will be able to achieve the full cost of new component in the future using the trained network.
I'm totally new so if you think that my issue is suitable with matlab neural network, please to indicate me a book or a guide that explain me how to do my project.
