3D Bar plot Using Matlab Function in Simulink Real time Analysis/External Mode

Hello Experts, I am working on a simulink program where 4 digital outputs are generated and at the same time 6 analog input are measured from a sensor in external mode and by PCI 6229. after doing signal processing I want to plot those analog inputs using a bar plot while measuring the signals. I tried matlab function block. However it doesn't work. I need you help to figure out how can I have a bar plot like what I attached while the simulink is running. Thanks Morteza
